    “Just a quick one to say Baby —------ was born 4:47pm, Saturday 5th June. Had my absolute dream birth in the North Mid Birthing center (the less we speak about being stuck in gridlock traffic 1 mile from the hospital, with everyones windows opens, and me on all fours 8cm with only a tens machine the better!). But arrived at hospital and was instantly allowed in the birth pool and she arrived 1.5 hrs later. Listened to your Sweet Surrender playlist on repeat, and Joe found your positions page and massage techniques to helpful. Lots of cat/cowing too!!

    Hannah’s pregnancy classes are not just a set of helpful poses. It feels like a support group for mums-to-be, with each class tailored to tackle certain aches and pains. I’ve never taken a class that has such attention to detail! Hannah creates beautiful music playlists that go perfectly with the class and adds more depth and meaning to the practice. Her passion for specific pregnancy yoga and working with pregnant ladies is so clear! I come away feeling like I’ve been kind to my body and baby, so thanks, Hannah! I have learned new restorative poses and really helpful breathing techniques which will be needed in a week or so! She’s amazing!

Colm enjoyed it so much too and we loved how much of a team we could be. It's really made us more confident, especially for the early labour part at home on our own. We had done some hypnobirthing practice but adding the active element was so useful and practical. Also, the bit where you showed the pelvis skeleton and the tailbone when lying down on your back was so eye opening. It really helped us visualise it and now we fully understand the reasons for the upright forward directions! It makes so much sense working with the body's physiology.     I’ve loved participating in Hannah’s online Pregnancy Yoga classes throughout lockdown. It’s something I really look forward to every week. She really takes her time to check in with everyone, and the classes feel so relevant to the whole pregnancy journey - helping with discomfort, breathing, positions for labour, and relaxation. I would schlep across London if we weren’t in lockdown to do the classes in person!

    Hannah’s Active Birth workshop was also really interesting and helpful to both me and my husband earlier on in the pregnancy.

    Hannah is a wonderfully welcoming and caring teacher who is so knowledgeable about pregnancy yoga. Her classes helped create that much needed space in my body towards the end of my pregnancy and were great preparation for coping with labour using breathing techniques and positions.

    Her active birthing workshop was taught in a relaxed and informative manner. We learned so much new information that was never covered in our antenatal classes, and it also taught my husband how to provide the best support during the birth. Just feeling super empowered with the knowledge and can't wait to birth my baby!!! Recommend everyone to attend her workshop ❤️

    I joined Hannah’s online post natal classes mid lockdown and they were so beneficial for both body and mind. Suffering from post natal coccyx pain Hannah ensured there were adaptations available to me. Strengthening and stretching out my body at a time when I needed it most, but at a steady pace ensuring I wasn’t pushing myself too early in the post natal phase. The babies are always included in the class and considered in each asana but equally if they are napping you can really focus on you!

    I joined Hannah's online classes while I was pregnant and it was such a great experience to practice every week during my pregnancy, it really made a difference to my body and it was a class I looked forward to every week. The breathing and different positions I learnt during the class were also very helpful when it came to giving birth. After the birth of my daughter I also joined Hannah's postnatal classes and they are wonderful as well, I especially like that the class focuses on me and what my body needs postnatally. There are a lot of great classes out there were the focus is on baby and mum, but personally I really need a class just focused on me so I love that about Hannah's class.

    I attended Hannah’s online pregnancy yoga for my second and third trimester. It wasn’t something I had done before however I found the classes fantastic; helping ease those little aches and niggles as well as stretching everything out.     I joined Hannah's pregnancy yoga class when I was 33weeks and it was the best thing I ever did. I started suffering with SPD and with lockdown I was moving less being stuck at home. Hannah ensured the stretches and yoga positions during the sessions were tailored to suit the pain I was suffering which helped subside the pain and strengthen my body. Hannah has a calming voice and the sessions are so invaluable in preparing you for birth and birthing positions as well as breathing techniques to help keep you calm and grounded.     I've been wanting to join Hannah's yoga classes for a while but distance has always hindered this. Not that i welcomed lockdown, but it did give me the chance to finally join in-and I'm so glad I did! I joined at 20 weeks pregnant and found the weekly stretching and connection with my body and breath to be such a respite.

    Hannah not only took provided me with the space to be calm, clear and connected but gave such invaluable tips for labour positions and reassurance of all the bodily changes i was/would be going through.

    Hannah teaches in such a friendly, open and non judgemental way and makes time to address ecah person's needs or niggles which felt like she really cared.

    Hannah’s pregnancy yoga was so great for me in the late stages of my pregnancy. I had found little or no time for myself throughout my second time being pregnant. Attending her class on zoom was relaxing and was perfect ‘me time’

    The yoga made so much space in my body for my growing bump. Stretching my body felt fantastic. I’m not a regular yogi, I didn’t realise how doing yoga during my pregnancy would improve my mind and body! I really recommend to anyone who is new!

    Hannah’s style of teaching is so welcoming, friendly and calming. She was through the zoom screen yet it felt like we were in the same room. She is really a special teacher and I look forward to finding the time to get to her classes again!
